Grandma Arrington

Words cannot express the love I have for my Grandma. She was one of those Grandmas you would see at every activity you had cheering you on. She has helped me make clothes, quilts and fix things when I mess them up. She has been a wonderful Grandma Great to my children. She taught Shaylee how to play the piano and would run around the house playing hide and seek with Blake. She past away on May 27, 2009 suddenly and I will miss her so much. Nodody could replace the special lady she was in my life, my husbands life and my childrens. I am so thankful for the time we were able to spend with her when she came out to visit us. She was and is a special lady and we will never forget the wonderful grandma and grandma great that she was.

Pinky

We had this beautful colt a while back and couldn't believe the color. The name of the color is Cremello. It has pink around its eyes and nose. I had never seen anything like it.

Our not so little Emma!

Emma enjoys playing with her cousin Avery. They have so much fun together. Emma is the bully and Avery just lets her. They usually play good together until Emma decides she wants something Avery has. I really need to work with Emma on being nice. The other day at church I saw Emma shove a little boy out of his chair because she wanted to sit in that particualr chair.

She wanted to put Daddy's shoes on. She is obsessed with shoes and will even cry if we try to take them off of her for her nap. What can I say a girl has got to love shoes!

Shaylee's Kindergarten Story

Shaylee has really gorwn from when she first started Kindergarten. She is learning to read, but still thinks she can't read yet because she cannot read the big words. I tried to tell her that doesn't mean she can't read but she insists that until she doesn't need any help, she cannot read. Here is her story for those who can't read Kindergarten writing: My horses like to play in the sun. I like when the sun comes out, when the sun comes out I like to lay in the flowers and smell them. When the sun comes out my horses have babies. The trees bloom and the flowers bloom. She never has had trouble coming up with things to say, only with being quiet.

Easter!

Can you believe tat the Easter Bunny actually visited our town? Yes, he came and the kids loved getting candy. Emma loved the candy but did not like that hairy person or rabbit. She would not sit on the Easter Bunnies lap even if he was giving out food. We had a nice day at Grandma aand Pap Moo Moo's. We flew kites and hunted easter eggs. The kids had a fun time with their cousins.
